It even has a desk/printer for your laptop! You'll enjoy a private entrance, smart TV, Brand new AC/Heat unit...brand new everything!
The home has a large fenced in backyard with back porch and private side porch off sunroom/kitchen to enjoy your breakfast in the mornings!

The Master Suite is on the first level with private shower with rain shower head, Queen bed
No stairs into main area and master bedroom - 2 bedrooms upstairs sharing a beautiful tub/shower bathroom.

Washer/Dryer on primises in garage, shared with apartment on the side of home. Locking doors to laundry space accordingly.
Cleaning staff available for hire if desired.
