No, there is no lawn for animals. This is a pet-allergy free home. We will accept bookings for service animals (by law) please know it has no space for dogs to relive themselves. We do not accept companion animals (non-service animals)

Please note that missing items, such as towels, paintings & decorative items, etc… WILL be charged out of the deposit, or dealt with legally at owner’s amount of valuation. For this reason, do NOT rearrange decorative items in house. Replacement of missing or damaged items is owner’s responsibility at guest’s expense.

MISSING GARAGE REMOTE: will be charged $100 from deposit. Please make sure it is left in the dish on the front hall table before check-out.

PETS: This is a strict "No Pets" rental. If pets are brought onto, or into property, you will have forfeited 100% of your deposit. We consider this property a "Pet allergy-free" listing and are very serious about this rule.

CARPET: Please respect the Carpeted floors by removing shoes, and make sure no wet feet track in. Any damage to carpets that require additional cleaning will be charged to the deposit.

FIREPLACE is not operational – decoration only.

RESPECT TO NEIGHBORS: Please respect the neighbor’s: This is a quiet family area, absolutely no loud parties. Quiet time: 10:30 p.m.
There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Missing towels are charged at $20 each and linens $100.

Damage Deposit Policy
As a security deposit alternative, Houfy Protect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
